Ensure that every volunteer is given the opportunity to achieve their own personal
“goals” and develop to their full potential.
Ensure that quality links are in place with
Schools, Local Authorities, County Sports Partnerships, CountyAssociation and the North West Region to enable our swimmers/water polo
players/volunteers to progress and develop into an environment appropriate for the individual.
