The club’s aim is to:

 

·        Ensure that all swimmers are given the opportunity to achieve their full potential.

·        Actively encourage swimmers with a disability to be part of the club environment.

·        Ensure that all coaches/teachers "Coach the Ability NOT the Disability.

·        Promote awareness within the club of disability issue.

·        Continue and further develop the current link we have with the British Swimming High Performance Coach at Manchester Aquatics Centre.

·        Increase the knowedge of disability swimming with regard to all aspects of training and competition.

·        Establish a permanent link with the ASA Disability Officer.

·        Further develop the current link with the schools in the area.

·        Encourage other schools in the area to utilise our facilities and form an active partnership with disability swimming.
